Aaron earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a High School Mathematics teaching certification from Kean University.
While at Kean University he worked on hardware and software solutions for the projection of 3D environments. In coordination with this he worked with a team of fellow students on the creation of an educational tool to assist teachers and professors in visualizing concepts in Pre-Calculus and Calculus such as the implementation of Polar and Spherical Coordinates and Integration of three dimensional figures.
In 2013 as an undergraduate student he received through the astronomy club Amateur Astronomers, Inc. (where he is currently their vice-president) a grant from NASA to design and and implement an educational symposium for Middle School students and educators.
